Gas boiler
Gas boilers are a very commonly used heating and hot water technology, which has entered millions of apartments and residential areas with natural gas supply conditions. The Jinxin brazed plate heat exchanger is compact and efficient, capable of supporting smaller gas boilers to achieve a high level of efficiency.
Our brazed plate heat exchanger product has been optimized to provide efficient water to water heat transfer for low pressure and medium temperature systems. They can provide heat transfer and compactness for condensing and non condensing boilers, and are designed specifically to meet the specific requirements of customers for large-scale production of gas boilers.

This device can be equipped with various suitable fittings or installed on hydraulic blocks through double headed bolt connections.
Heat pump
Heat pumps convert renewable energy from ambient air, geothermal or water into heat that can be used for comfortable heating and tap water heating. Common heat pump technologies use highly effective refrigeration cycles, which typically transport 3 to 5 times more useful energy than when driving a compressor. Some heat pumps support reversible operation, which means they can provide heating in winter and cooling in summer.
Ground source heat pump
Ground source heat pumps use the heat accumulated in bedrock, surface soil, or water as the heat source for the evaporator. Our brazed plate heat exchanger evaporator ensures the efficiency of the ground source heat pump evaporator during operation. We provide various types of long heat brazed plate heat exchangers, which contribute to the efficiency of condensation operations.
Air water heat pump
Air source heat pumps use outdoor/exhaust as the heat source for air coils to evaporate condensation agents. After passing through the compressor, the energy is released into the water circuit used for comfortable heating or tap water heating, and then returned to the condenser of the ground source heat pump in a similar way.
When the ambient temperature is low, the evaporation temperature of the air coil will be lower than the freezing point of water. The moisture on the coil condenses and freezes, resulting in a decrease in system efficiency. The common way to melt the ice on the air coil is to reverse the system, turning the air coil into a condenser and the brazed plate heat exchanger into an evaporator. Many air source heat pumps also adopt a design that operates like AC chillers in summer, and the principle is a reverse system, turning the air coil into a condenser and the brazed plate heat exchanger into an evaporator.
Our efficient brazed plate heat exchanger condenser can be equipped with a distribution system to improve performance and reduce the risk of icing when used as an evaporator.
In order to increase the efficiency of air source heat pumps, some compressors are equipped with an energy-saving port. The function of an energy-saving device is to cool the compressor and improve the local supercooling of the liquid condensate. We provide a standard energy-saving option for compressors.
Solar heating
Solar heating is currently the most environmentally friendly hot water method. Solar heating is a common independent heat source that can serve as an additional heat source for boilers, heat pumps, or regional heating systems. The Hongyuan brazed plate heat exchanger is a key component of many solar heating applications. These solar heating applications collect solar energy into storage tanks for heating tap water and swimming pools. Heating of tap water
