Ships and Transportation

The three flower brazed plate heat exchanger has the key qualities required for applications in engines, automobiles, trains, and various ships. These heat exchangers are sturdy and compact, with long-term reliability and minimal maintenance required. The combination of flexible design and our ability to customize plates and brazing materials has created superior performance and lifespan costs that other technologies cannot match.

engine

Medium and high-speed reciprocating internal combustion engines are most commonly equipped with brazed plate heat exchangers and oil coolers, but older technologies such as shell and tube heat exchangers are still being used in some markets. Open circuit plate heat exchangers installed inside the engine block are also common in smaller capacity high-speed engines. The advantage of using an external oil cooler is that it can simplify maintenance procedures and easily achieve modular oil cooling capacity.

We have a series of brazed plate heat exchangers developed specifically for oil coolers of engines with a maximum output of 15 megawatts. The challenges of external size limitations, fluid pressure drop, and high coolant flow in this series.

train

Brazed plate heat exchangers are commonly used in applications such as electric cars, subways, commuter trains, high-speed trains, freight trains, and mining or military special trains to provide oil and water cooling for engines, hydraulic components, and locomotive accessories.

Our brazed plate heat exchanger can accommodate several oil circuits through configuration, and then implement efficient cooling through a water circuit within a heat exchanger device.

We have extensive experience in designing durable oil cooler solutions that can meet high transient cooling requirements while significantly reducing size and material usage.
