Temperature control

Sanhua Technology's brazed plate heat exchanger has all the key qualities required for temperature control applications. These heat exchangers are sturdy and compact, with long-term reliability and minimal maintenance required. The combination of flexible design and our ability to customize plates and brazing materials has created superior performance and lifespan costs that other technologies cannot match.

Circulating chiller

This standard application typically uses R407C, R22, R134a, R410A, or R717 condensants. The temperature coverage range is wider than that of air conditioning refrigerators, and it also includes differences in characteristics such as higher temperatures and lower temperature differences. Traditional technologies include shell and tube coil technology and in tank coil technology. Circulating (industrial grade) chillers use condensate circulation to transfer heat, thereby cooling or heating industrial processes or fluids. The main components in the condensate cycle are the evaporator, compressor, condenser, and expansion valve. In addition to the usual use of heat exchangers in evaporators and condensers, heat exchangers may also be used in energy-saving devices, cascades, desuperheaters, subcoolers, suction gas heat exchangers, and overflow evaporators involved in condensate circulation.

Brazed plate heat exchangers are mainly used in heat recovery processes in industries such as evaporators, condensers, and plastic and rubber (plastic molding cooling), food and beverage, cement manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical industries.
