Processing and production


The three flower brazed plate heat exchanger has important quality requirements for industrial processing and production applications. These heat exchangers are sturdy and compact, with long-term reliability and minimal maintenance required. The combination of flexible design and our ability to customize plates and brazing materials has created performance and lifespan costs that other technologies cannot match.

Air dryer

Condensation is a common problem in compressed air systems, which can cause corrosion and significant damage to equipment using these gases. If compressed air is to be used on any type of machine, it must be dried first. We use air conditioning dryers to prevent condensation in the pneumatic system and provide solutions to address this issue. The air dryer removes moisture from saturated air under outlet pressure and temperature conditions. A portion of the original moisture in the air has already condensed and separated through the compressor during the compression process. Our brazing plate heat exchanger solution for the three in one refrigerated dryer includes an integrated evaporator, heat recovery, and air separator.

When air is compressed, it will heat up. The temperature in oil lubricated compressors reaches about 100 ℃, while in oil-free compressors it reaches 200 ℃. The large volume flow difference between air and coolant means that natural asymmetric shell and tube technology has always dominated this application. However, today Sanhua Technology's compact brazed plate heat exchanger equipment provides customers with another option. Our brazed plate heat exchanger can easily reduce the outlet temperature of oil lubricated screw compressors (shell and tube heat exchange technology is still commonly used in oil-free compressors), making the outlet temperature less than 10 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature. Almost all types of compressors (piston, screw, centrifugal) use oil coolers, and can even be applied to the transmission oil in oil-free compressors. As a mainstream product in the market, oil lubricated screw compressors use oil to lubricate and cool moving parts and cool air. A typical two-stage screw compressor uses an oil curtain (or oil spray) alone as an intercooler to handle the air from the low-pressure stage. Copper brazed heat exchangers are suitable for all oils with operating temperatures not exceeding 95 ℃.

Vacuum and Pneumatic

Brazed plate heat exchangers are suitable for applications such as water water heating and cooling, compressor cooling, heat recovery, and condensers. End user applications include industries that use pneumatic or vacuum technology. Vacuum pumps are widely used in various industries and scientific research processes, including composite plastic molding processes.

Plastic converter

Brazed plate heat exchangers can be used for hydraulic and transmission oil cooling as well as heat recovery. Brazed plate heat exchangers provide a powerful and compact solution for hydraulic injection molding, extrusion, and granulation applications, making them an ideal choice for circulating chillers in temperature control devices and auxiliary equipment.
