power plant
Our brazed plate heat exchanger product portfolio, from“ ½ ” The interface to "6" provides a compact and reliable heat transfer solution for various subsystems of power plants of all sizes, with pressure levels ranging from 10 bar to 45 bar. The subsystems generally include lubricating oil system, vacuum system, ash cooler, self dumping condenser, and low-pressure and medium pressure steam system.
Energy storage
Renewable energy has driven the market's demand for other intermittent operation based load production devices. Furthermore, these devices increase the difficulty of capacity adjustment for the diurnal variation of demand. Various forms of energy storage have therefore become more attractive alternative products, which can increase load regulation and investment in power generation by leveraging more flexible partial load capacity.

Our brazed plate heat exchanger products can meet various oil cooling needs, such as hydraulic, engine, and transmission oil cooling. The reliability and compactness value of brazed plate heat exchangers in oil cooled applications where the placement space and maintenance of heat exchangers are limited, such as engines, windmills, and trains. Our asymmetric structure product technology has optimized oil channels and high flow channels, which helps to reduce the size of the system.
Cogeneration
Co generation, also known as combined heat and power (CHP), uses internal combustion gas or diesel engines. This is a growing industry due to the accelerating demand for decentralized thermoelectric production and increasing reliance on solar and wind energy.
In lower capacity applications, most engines are equipped with an integrated oil cooler. The Hongyuan brazed plate heat exchanger is an effective circuit breaker for all main cooling circuits, including jacket water, oil, boost air, and exhaust gas. In higher capacity applications, separate oil coolers are increasingly used. Our modular product platform often enables both jacket water and oil cooling within the same heat exchanger envelope, simplifying logic and packaging.
Our innovative asymmetric compact brazed plate heat exchanger is also suitable for use in pressurized air coolers. Their structure is more stable than aluminum products at high temperatures, and their modularity is higher than that of finned tube packages.
